Loosen the locking screw with screwdriver for 2 turns. Lift the skid holder upward slowly after you feel it is loosened. Installation procedure is in reverse order. It is recommended to calibrate the reading of instrument before measurement to guarantee accurate value. Place the instrument and standard plate gauge before calibration shown as figure.
