- Instrument Accuracy Class and Minimum Measurement Error
1) Resolution 1:50000: Provides more detailed depiction of roughness curves.
2) Indication error is divided into four levels: 5%, 7%, 10%, and 15%. With a guide sensor, the indication error is 5%; without a guide sensor, it is 10%.

- Measurement Range
800um/1000um (±500um)/1400um (±700um) - The instrument has a built-in contour removal function, enabling accurate measurements of surface roughness on spherical and curved surfaces.
- “Dynamic measurement linkage” eliminates the idle travel during measurement. The narrowest measurement length can be as small as 1.5mm.
- Can measure at a 90° angle.
- A complete range of sensors are available. Integrated sensors can be used with or without the guide head for measurement. Measurements with the guide head offer high accuracy and reliability, while measurements without the guide head can be taken in narrow spaces. Split-type sensors allow for the use of a single sensor body with various styluses of different sizes and shapes, meeting the measurement needs of workpieces of different sizes and shapes.
- Equipped with dedicated measurement software, it can perform coordinate measurement of any point on the roughness curve, biaxial difference measurement between any two points, and custom C-value selection. It allows for switching between four curves: unfiltered original profile, filtered original profile, waviness, and roughness. It can also measure the coordinates of any point and the difference between any two points, enabling microscopic analysis of surface structures.
