Magnetic particle flaw detector, also known as portable flaw detector, uses thyristor as a non-contact switch. It has low noise, long life, simple and convenient operation, strong applicability and stable operation. This instrument can use AC or DC power supply. The AC power supply adopts ~220V power supply for direct input. It does not require other instruments. It is easy to operate, simple, light weight and easy to carry, so this instrument is widely used.
- Product features
- Small size and light weight;
- The appearance design is beautiful and ergonomic;
- One-piece molding, comfortable to hold;
- PP engineering plastic shell has high hardness, is not easy to age, and is corrosion-resistant;
- Three power supply modes can be freely selected (ELB-CFTS-20):
(1) Single-phase AC power supply; (2) AC magnetizing power supply; (3) DC magnetizing power supply - Maintenance
- After use, the probe cable and power cord should be unplugged and the cable should be coiled and placed in the instrument box together with the probe to avoid damaging the connector;
- The instrument and accessories should be used or stored in a clean, dry, and non-corrosive environment.
- Precautions
- It is recommended that when working continuously for a long time: the magnetizing time is ≤3 seconds and the intermittent time is ≥5 seconds.
- If used in hydromagnetic suspension, the equipment must be well grounded to prevent electric shock.
- DC magnetizing power supply, it must be charged when the battery shows 5% to extend the battery life. The charging time is about 3 hours.
- Please check whether the instrument is intact before use. Connect one end of the probe cable to the electromagnetic yoke and the other end to the 220V AC power socket (or DC magnetizing power supply or AC magnetizing power supply) to ensure that the plug connection is reliable.
- When the workpiece is directly electromagnetic, pay attention to poor contact between the chucks or excessive magnetizing current causing arc flash. Protective glasses should be worn, and it should not be used in situations where gas may be flammable.
- No-load operation (the magnetic pole feet are not in contact with the workpiece) should be avoided as much as possible to reduce unnecessary temperature rise.
